Shipping Terms

Order Processing:

Orders received before 10 am ET on a business day will be shipped that same day.
Orders received after 10 am ET on a business day will be shipped the following business day. Packages will be shipped up to 3 pm ET, time. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the first business day thereafter. You may choose expedited Fed Ex, Purolator or UPS service at an additional cost to you. If you have accounts with any of these carriers, we can charge your company account. Orders normally ship within 24 hours of acceptance of your order, if the items selected are in stock. The Design Studio 2000 is not responsible for delays by the shipper. Delivery of all products shall be made f.o.b. point of shipping and risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon shipment.

                              Federal Express Ground

                              Purolator Courier

                              UPS (United Parcel Service)

You may also use your own account with the above mentioned carriers, excluding Canada Post for your shipments. A valid shipping account number must be on file to access this option.  To cancel or modify your shipping choices a written request must be received and on file before any changes can be made.

Shipping Charges: All customers must pay for Shipping & Handling (S&H). Charges are based on the weight of your package plus the Method of Shipping. Please note: Upon request, we will contact you with charges prior to shipping your order based on your order weight. However, this may delay the release of your order if we cannot contact you. There is a $14.75 minimum charge for S&H for all orders. (Please Note: Prices are subject to change without notice.)
