If a product is defective, please contact our customer service department (within 10 days of the invoice date) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at 1-705-689-4908 (Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm ET) or click Here. Defective products will be replaced upon receipt of product. The Design Studio 2000 will gladly replace any product, which proves to be defective, with the same product type free of charge provided the product is returned within 30 days of invoice date with the original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization cannot be issued for any reason other than the return of a defective item for replacement. There is a 20% restocking charge to return items ordered in error.  Returns for stock adjustment purposes cannot be accepted.

Please Note: The RMA Number must appear on the outside of the Packing Box upon the return of your product. If your return has not been assigned an RMA Number, The Design Studio 2000 will not process the return. The customer is responsible for reshipping charges to return the package to them. All returned products must be shipped in the same or comparable shipping box to guarantee the product is  returned is in good condition. If the product is broken or deemed unusable due to the method of shipment selected, The Design Studio 2000 will not be held liable or responsible for crediting the customer for the return.
