How fast can I get my order?
We ship most orders the same day, if ordered
by 2:oopm Eastern time (Mon - Fri). Many of our customers receive their goods
the next day. Expedited delivery services are available for customers outside
our next-day ground service areas.
What are your hours?
Our Inside Sales/Service Representatives are available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Eastern time, Monday - Friday. Our website is open 24/7 for your convenience.
How do you ship?
We ship Canada Post Xpresspost unless expedited shipping is requested. Larger
shipments go by common carrier. We work hard to minimize your freight costs.
All shipments are prepaid and the freight charges are added to your invoice.
Common carrier shipments are sent prepaid whenever possible. COD orders are
accepted but carry a surcharge of $ 9.00. We cannot guarantee when an order
will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Design
Studio 2000 only as an estimate.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, however we do have a small order charge of $6.50 for orders under $100.00
What are my payment options?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal Canada, wire transfer, money order, COD's or check. Please
be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the
address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect
information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will
be billed upon shipment of your order. A line of credit (1%-10 NET 30) can be
established upon request for those customers who meet our volume and credit
criteria. For open account applications, please allow 5 business days for your
references to reply.

Do you accept orders from outside Canada
Yes; we currently service Canada and USA
What
is your return policy?
Authorized returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. There is a 20%
restocking charge for non-defective merchandise. See our Terms and Conditions page for full details.
